A BA Honors degree in Psychology, with a specialization in trauma, helped me understand some the emotional and mental components to healing and the numerous effects of trauma on the body and mind. Studying Reiki, metaphysical healing, hypnosis, Access Bars, and meditation taught me the importance of the spiritual component to healing. Studying kinesiology opened my eyes to the wonder of the innate wisdom of our bodies.

After being introduced to the Andean Tradition by a friend, I experienced great personal healing while working intimately with the elements. During 2012, I travelled to Peru to continue my studies and I am currently at the level of Suyo Alto Mesayog in the Andean Tradition. Through working with nature and the elements, I was able for the first time to facilitate deeper healing and understanding.

I specialize in assisting clients to recognize the patterning and archetypal roles that keep them stuck in a situation or cycling through the same kind of experience over and over. Once the wounding and patterning have been identified it can be healed, restoring balance, empowerment, and the expansion of the individual’s consciousness.
